Shipping & Deliveries
We ship goods to all areas of Mainland UK including Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. For shipping for the rest of the Channel Island and outside the UK please contact us on our Phone Number or you can also send as an e-mail via our contact page on the website and we will advise you accordingly.
Shipping & Delivery Details
If for any reason this cannot be achieved we will notify you as soon as possible and will be given the option to cancel your order with full refund.
Our delivery charge is £3.20 per purchase for a single item, or £4.50 for 2 or more items (including VAT). Our single item gift boxes are usually ‘letterbox friendly’ and will fit through most letter boxes, allowing you to receive the parcel in your absence. Bulky items such as the wedding chocolate heart boxes will require delivery details to be discussed with us on the phone.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday only, excluding bank holidays. Your order will be processed the following working day. Should there be any delay to your order we will contact you with the details.
We use Royal Mail First Class postal service, which usually takes 1-2 working days (We shall have no liability to you for delay in receiving delivery due to your delay in collection from Royal Mail resulting in damage or defect to products.)
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is, however, your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. We will not check or verify addresses and messages supplied by you.
You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once products have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. Goods that are delivered damaged should be returned to Rainbow Organic Chocolates, 92 Richmond Road, BN2 3RN and a new order will be sent on receipt of damaged goods. Postage will be payed by Rainbow Organic Chocolates.
We currently deliver to addresses in the UK only.
We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to third party.
If your goods cannot be delivered for any reason and returned to us, the cost of the goods will be refunded in full less a £3.50 royal mail first class postage cost.
If it becomes apparent that your order has been lost in the post, we will re-send your order at no cost to you after confirming the lost with Royal Mail . Please do allow up to four weeks for Royal Mail to confirm the lost item/items.
